The Florida State Lodge’s State Conference will be held in Kissimmee, FL at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista South, located 3.5 miles from the entrance to the Walt Disney World® Resort and a 20-minute drive to Orlando International Airport.

registration fee: $20/member – $20/guest
late registeration or registering upon arrival: $25/member – $25/guest
Lodges registering members in bulk (more than 1) must submit each registrant’s name and contact information by june 7, 2019.
a Lanyard and I.D. Card will permit entry to the Hospitality Room and other locations. Replacement Fee if lost: $5.00 each.

PROMOTION PACKAGES
The Florida State Fraternal Order of Police Lodge holds conferences at various venues throughout Florida. In June of 2019, F.O.P. District 7 is hosting the conference at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista South located at 4955 Kyngs Heath Rd, Kissimmee, FL 34746.
F.O.P. District 7 invites vendors from across Florida to apply to advertise, showcase, and talk about their products and services to our members, along with other conference attendees, for four days. Don’t miss this opportunity to develop customer leads and sales to an estimated 200+ attendees. Past vendors included those from the banking industry, real estate, legal, financial planning, and more. There is limited space, so act now. F.O.P. District 7 reserves the right to limit the number of vendors or reject an application to advertise at F.O.P. Conferences hosted by F.O.P. District 7.
Vendors who select advertising packages will be participating in one of the largest conferences for Fraternal Order of Police members and attendees. This is a time for members and guests to also vacation with their families in the metropolitan Orlando area.

Table locations are first come first serve and the vendor area will be open from Tuesday at 12pm through Friday, at 5pm. Vendors may showcase their products and services for four days; Tuesday 12PM, Wednesday 8AM-5PM, Thursday 8AM-5PM , and Friday 8AM-5PM. This package does not afford vendors to advertise in the hospitality room as a sponsor. Please see the next package for this option.

VENDOR SHOWCASE & SPONSORSHIP ($400)
Table locations are first come first serve and the vendor area will be open from Tuesday at 12pm through Friday, at 5pm. Vendors may showcase their products and services for four days; Tuesday 12PM, Wednesday 8AM-5PM, Thursday 8AM-5PM , and Friday 8AM-5PM.
In addition to a showcase table location, vendors who purchase this package may display their banners and distribute information in the Hospitality Room for increased contact with members, family, friends, and attendees.
The Hospitality Room will be open from Tuesday through Friday, 8PM till Midnight. The Social is well attended daily and is a portion of the conference that is looked forward to by our members and guests.

VENDOR SPOTLIGHT ($1000)
This is the ultimate advertising opportunity. Vendors who purchase Vendor Spotlight will receive recognition throughout the conference and receive extra space, equivalent to two table locations, inside the vendor showcase area.
Table locations are first come first serve and the vendor area will be open from Tuesday at 12pm through Friday, at 5pm. Vendors may showcase their products and services for four days; Tuesday 12PM, Wednesday 8AM-5PM, Thursday 8AM-5PM , and Friday 8AM-5PM.
The Hospitality Room will be open from Tuesday through Friday, 8PM till Midnight. The Social is well attended daily and is a portion of the conference that is looked forward to by our members and guests.
Vendors who purchase this package may also EXCLUSIVELY place their name and product literature on the Coffee and Beverage table during the conference along with any other vendor purchasing this package (only 6 available). In addition, vendors purchasing this package will be able to access and promote their products inside the Hospitality Room (See Vendor Showcase & Sponsorship package for details).
