PROMOTION PACKAGES

     The Florida State Fraternal Order of Police Lodge holds conferences at various venues throughout Florida.  In February of 2019, F.O.P. District 7 is hosting the conference at the Rosen Center, Orlando located at 9840 International Drive, Orlando, Florida 32819.

     F.O.P. District 7 invites vendors from across Florida to showcase their products and services to our members, along with other conference attendees, for four days.  Don’t miss this opportunity to develop customer leads and sales to an estimated 200+ attendees.  Past vendors included those from the banking industry, real estate, legal, financial planning, and more.  There is limited space, so act now.

       Vendors who select advertising packages will be participating in one of the largest conferences  for Fraternal Order of Police members and attendees.  This is a time for members and guests to also vacation with their families in the metropolitan Orlando area.  So, showcase your products and services in February and insure you have priority in June!

VENDOR SHOWCASE TABLE ($300)

Table locations are first come first serve and the vendor area will be open from Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at 12PM through Friday, February 22, 2019 at 5pm. Vendors may showcase their products and services for four days; Tuesday 12PM, Wednesday 8AM-5PM, Thursday 8AM-5PM , and Friday 8AM-5PM.  This package does not afford vendors to advertise in the hospitatlity room as a sponsor.  Please see the next package for this option.

VENDOR SHOWCASE & SPONSORSHIP ($400)

Table locations are first come first serve and the vendor area will be open from Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at 12PM through Friday, February 22, 2019 at 5pm. Vendors may showcase their products and services for four days; Tuesday 12PM, Wednesday 8AM-5PM, Thursday 8AM-5PM , and Friday 8AM-5PM.

     In addition to a showcase table location, vendors who purchase this package may display their banners and distribute information in the Hospitality Room for increased contact with members, family, friends, and attendees.

The Hospitality Room will be open from Tuesday, February 19, 2019 through Friday, February 22, 2019, 7PM till Midnight. The Social is well attended daily and is a portion of the conference that is looked forward to by our members and guests.

VENDOR SPOTLIGHT ($1000)

    This is the ultimate advertising opportunity.  Vendors who purchase Vendor Spotlight will receive recognition throughout the conference and receive extra space, equivalent to two table locations, inside the vendor showcase area.

  Table locations are first come first serve and the vendor area will be open from Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at 12PM through Friday, February 22, 2019 at 5pm. Vendors may showcase their products and services for four days; Tuesday 12PM, Wednesday 8AM-5PM, Thursday 8AM-5PM , and Friday 8AM-5PM.

The above seminar will consist of informing the Subject Officer, Supervisor, the Agency and the Representative as to what are the “RIGHTS” of the Subject Officer while under investigation. Also once the internal affairs investigation is completed what is required by the Investigator, the Agency and the Subject Officer in order to comply with FDLE-CJSTC. This is a must seminar and is not presented in a union perspective, but in an impartial manner. The seminar will take the participant through the entire process from the time the complaint is received until the case is presented to FDLE-CJSTC. This class has been approved for 8 hours of mandatory retraining.

* This class may qualify for 8 hours of CJSTC mandatory retraining & 9 hours of Florida Bar CLE’s. *

This course will focus on the criminal and internal representation of law enforcement & corrections officers involved in shootings and critical incident situations, as well as the civil liability of officer involved shootings. The class is designed to inform and update officers and supervisors on the rights of officers, duties of the investigators, procedures when an officer or witness becomes involved in a line of duty shooting involving death or injury and what will occur in the aftermath of an officer involved shooting/critical incident. This information can apply to other critical incidents such as in custody deaths & serious vehicle crashes.
* This class may qualify for 8 hours of CJSTC mandatory retraining & 9 hours of Florida Bar CLE’s. *
